RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio: Today, Richmond Heights City Council approved plans for the proposed development at Richmond Town Square’s former Sears building and surrounding Parking Lot.
The $70 million Belle Oaks at Richmond Road project will include demolition of the former Sears Building and construction of six buildings which will include 382 luxury apartments and amenities and retail spaces in support of the development. Of the six buildings, four will house the apartments, and two of those will have retail spaces on the first floor with residents living on the floors above.
The plans had previously been approved by the Architectural Review Board and the Planning Commission and were passed as amended by the City’s Council.
